Using this command inserts all the pages within the selected PDF into the current PDF. Then select it and click the “Open” button to continue. Use the dialog box to navigate to the PDF that contains the pages to insert. For example, selecting the “From File…” command opens the “Select File To Insert” dialog box. The choices are “From File…,” “From Clipboard…,” “From Scanner,” “From Web Page…” and “Blank Page….”ĭepending on your selection, Acrobat then launches a related dialog box. This lesson shows you how to add pages to a PDF using Acrobat Pro DC. Your document is saved in a PDF file in the location you selected and you return to the Epson Scan window.Add Pages to a PDF using Acrobat Pro DC: Overview When you have finished editing your document pages, click OK. The Delete icon is not available when all document pages are selected. Then click the Left or Right Rotate icon to rotate them or the Delete icon to delete them. If you want to rotate or delete pages, click the pages or use the Odd Pages, Even Pages, or All Pages icon to select the pages. If you want to include only some of the pages, click the Odd Pages or Even Pages icons, or hold down the Ctrl key and click the individual pages you want to include. If you want to include all the document pages in your PDF file as they currently look, go to step 11. You can use the tools below the main window to select, rotate, reorder, and delete pages in your document. The Editing Page window displays thumbnails of each scanned page. Epson Scan scans your page and displays this window. When you are finished selecting file settings, click OK. You return to the File Save Settings window. Select the settings that match your document and click OK. You see the Epson PDF Plug-in Settings window. If you need to change any of the current PDF settings, click the Options button. PDF is automatically selected as the file type setting and the current Paper Size, Orientation, Margin, and Compression settings are displayed below it. If the Mode box is set to Home Mode or Professional Mode, see Selecting Basic Settings for documents and photos or Selecting Basic Settings for film and slides. If you want to scan multiple pages of a document, magazine, or newspaper, change the scanning mode to Home Mode or Professional Mode and go to step 4. The scanned images are saved as a PDF file in My Pictures (Windows) or Pictures (Mac OS X).
